GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
ALL PRICES ARE NET!
BOOKING: Booking will be accepted as long as the service in question is available. Booking will be considered as confirmed only after receiving a signed reconfirmation - a contract - either by fax or by mail. The contract means that the client has accepted the general conditions listed below, mainly those concerning the price, cancellation and payment conditions.
PAYMENT: Booking will be considered valid only if payment of 50% of the total amount will be received at least 30 days before the arrival. The rest of the payment - the remaining 50% must be received at least 7 days before arrival. ALS has the right to cancel the booking in case the payment has not been received within the agreed terms.
ALS ACCOUNTS: You can always find our bank information on every pro-forma or invoice. Otherwise please ask for the banking information.
Payment can be made by a bank transfer or by a bank cheque. Both the receiving side and the sending side cover the banking charges of their banks.
CANCELLATION FEES: The total rooming reservation can be cancelled up to 28 days before the arrival. After the 28th day, the cancellation fees will be as follows :

28 - 21 days 10% of the total amount
21 - 14 days 35% of the total amount
14 - 17 days 50% of the total amount
07 - 03 days 80% of the total amount
02 - 00 days 100% of the total amount
The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the maximum expected number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay.
A reduction in the number of persons in a group is tolerated when it does not exceed 10%. In case of a reduction by more than 10% or in case of no- show, the above - given cancellation fees apply.
ROOMING LIST: A rooming list is required 14 days before the arrival.
CLAIMS: Any claim has to be communicated to our agency during the stay or within a maximum of 7 days after the departure. No claim will be accepted afterwards.
LEGAL JURISDICTION: Negotiation is considered a general method of solving problems or discrepancies concerning the fulfillment of the contract. In case that the results of such negotiations are not found satisfactory by either of the parties, courts in the Croatia are considered the courts of appeal and arbitration.
OTHERS: For some bookings, special conditions can be negotiated. In that case, the special conditions replace these general conditions.
PRICES ARE INFORMATIVE AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, THEY ARE NOT VALID FOR ANY FAIRS, CONGRESSES OR FESTIVAL PERIODS.
ALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE IN PRICES THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO A DECISION MADE BY THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL SITES.
